This year, in January 2015, was the celebratory Summer School of the Aiki Kai Australia. The Doshu, Moriteru Ueshiba, was as honoured guest to celebrate the Anniversary.

There were also more than 20 Shihans and senior Senseis from Australia and other countries arround the world.

The Embu (Aikido public demonstration) was held after the special 50th Anniversary Summer School. David Scott Sensei from SA was invited to perform a Jo demonstration.
